Vintage Campers, RV’s and Camp Trailers have always been popular. I have very fond memories of traveling around and sleeping in a Vintage trailer. The table at the front had to be lifted up out of its holder in order for my bed to be made. I was very small, but I remember being very happy in our little camper trailer. We camped and traveled to various states bringing our little camper home with us wherever we went. The only downside I remember was I couldn’t keep a lot of toys with me because it was such a small place to store our everyday necessities. As a child that was a big problem!!!!
This pattern is intended to be simple in making. The little quilt measures 6" x 7 1/2" when sewn. The little pillows measure 1 1/2" x 1 1/2".
The Wonder Under or Heat N’ Bond makes it possible to place pattern pieces in place. They can be hand stitched in place if desired. This is considered a decorative miniature, it is not going to be made like a traditional quilt would be. The pattern pieces are traced onto the Wonder Under on the paper side. The Wonder Under is fused to the back or wrong side of the fabric that will be used for each block. Each piece is carefully cut out, paper removed and pressed to the little white blocks. Once each piece and part of the camper is fused into place it creates a little camper. Some of the pieces are so tiny they are not stitched down. Hence the term decorative miniature. If this was being made for a reproduction dollhouse, or a special diorama I would suggest carefully hand stitching each piece in place. But this is a fun miniature piece that is intended for looks and display- the paper backed fusible web holds in place very well and for a long time. I have a heart quilt I made for my daughter 27 years ago using Wonder Under and each heart is perfectly in place and the edges have not lifted up at all. I am impressed with that.
This is a downloadable sewing pattern that will be available once payment and the transaction is completed.
This pattern is extremely easy to make. Even a beginner seamstress can make it.

I accept Paypal, money orders and credit cards. If you need to do a lay-away plan I can also work with you individually on that as well. If you return an item please realize it may take a 2-7 day time period for money to refund to you from Etsy or PayPal. And that is set in motion after I receive the item back in the mail. And due to the nature of digital items I cannot refund the cost of a paid for digital pattern. I however can email the link or pattern to you should you have difficulty opening up the digital pdf file.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
I am able to refund as long as there is a valid reason for refunding. I am not however able to refund the cost of a digital download that you have access too. Nor am I able to refund the cost of my work when I have done a custom order with your measurements. I can give you store credit to purchase something else.
I had someone order 400.00 worth of products, and then cancel a few days later as I was mailing out their package. That is rough....especially if you just made your house payment!
I ship worldwide, please just communicate with me if you want something and I don't have postal information for you. I'm not able to sell wholesale at this time. Please be advised that other countries may charge additional rates for customs and mailing privileges. I am not in control of these charges.
